The China Audit Protocols for environmental, health and safety (EH&S) are organized around eighteen topics, with a separate module devoted to each. Record keeping is included within each module.
Each protocol section begins with a summary description of the various regulations covered and is followed by the body of the protocol itself, which contains a series of questions relating to the applicable legislation. Important clarifying information is often furnished either as a "Note" to a particular question or in an accompanying table or appendix.
This protocol has been prepared to reflect the principal environmental, health and safety legislation and regulations that apply to facilities located in the People's Republic of China.
