OSHA State Differences Summaries and Checklists

Item Id: SDO

OSHA State Differences Summaries and Checklists are available for purchase when accompanied by either OSHA Auditing: Federal Compliance Guide, or OSHA Compliance: A Simplified National Guide. State Differences are available for 49 states and Puerto Rico (California content includes the State Differences Summary only. Integrated federal and California state audit checklists are available for separate purchase) and due to the extent of differences, California is covered as a separate comprehensive federal and state guide in the STP publication OSHA Auditing - California Occupational Health and Safety Audit Guide.

This unique guide, is presented in two parts:

The OSHA State Differences Summaries identify all the important, and often complex, regulatory differences from similar federal rules with which facilities in a particular state must comply. These detailed OSHA guideline summaries make it feasible to identify the full range of health and safety compliance challenges facing a facility.

The corresponding OSHA State Differences Checklists are written to relate directly to their federal OSHA inspection checklist counterparts. This ensures minimum misinterpretation across federal and state issues. State OSHA regulatory differences that have no similar federal requirements are also included.

Each state difference is classified in terms of how it can best be used for ongoing compliance management and support of health and safety auditing, checking, and corrective action efforts.

OSHA State Differences Summaries and Checklists are used by attorneys, senior EHS management, corporate EHS auditors, consultants, facility compliance personnel, and government agencies.

Pricing for OSHA State Differences Summaries and Checklists is on a per state basis and must be accompanied by OSHA Auditing: Federal Compliance Guide, or OSHA Compliance: A Simplified National Guide.
