This EH&S audit protocol is organized around nineteen topics, with a separate section

Section 1.0 Introduction Each protocol section begins with a summary description of the various regulations covered and is followed by the body of the protocol itself which contains a series of questions relating to the applicable legislation. Important clarifying information is often furnished either as a "Note" to a particular question or in an accompanying table or appendix. |
This protocol has been prepared to reflect the principal environmental, health and safety (EH&S) legislation that has been enacted by the European Union (EU), which formerly was known as the European Community or EC.
