This protocol has been prepared to reflect the principal environmental, health and safety (EH&S) legislation that applies to facilities located in the European portion of the Netherlands. The Netherlands Antilles is part of the country. However, this protocol is not applicable to activities taking place on that group of Caribbean islands.
