This protocol has been prepared to reflect the principal environmental, health and safety legislation and regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "EH&S legislation") that apply to facilities located in the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as "Poland").

Regulating bodies for Poland include:

• Ministry of Economy and Labor
