Franchising Law: Practice and Forms

Kenneth Costello is a partner at Bryan Cave, LLP. He focuses his practice on a broad range of franchise, Internet, intellectual property licensing and e-commerce issues, and is a frequent author and speaker on these topics. He is recognized in International Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers (Law Business Research, Ltd., London), Who's Who (Strathmore's) and Who's Who in the World (Marquis). He has testified on franchise trade regulation issues before the Federal Trade Commission and has been consulted on franchising issues by the media, including the Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine.

He is a frequent speaker and author on franchising issues, a member of the Board of Editors of LEADER's "Franchising Business & Law Alert" and served on the Board of Editors of the American Bar Association FRANCHISE LAW JOURNAL (1999-2003). He is also a member of the Counsel of Franchise Suppliers (CFS) Advisory Board; the International Franchise Association Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee and IFA Membership Committee; the American Bar Association (Section of Intellectual Property Law; Forum on Franchising, Antitrust Committee's Subcommittee on Franchising); and served on the California State Bar Franchise Legislation Committee (1988-1991).
