The <i>Canadian Environmental Law Guide</i> was originally prepared by the Environmental Law Group of Russell &amp; DuMoulin, which is now part of the merged firm of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. The Environmental Law Group has, since 1987, provided advice in the areas of environmental and natural resources law to industries and businesses in Canada and internationally.</font>

							<p><font size="2">Coordinated work on the <i>Canadian Environmental Law Guide</i> from Fasken Martineau DuMoulin's (FMD's) Vancouver office. He has practiced in environmental and natural resources law for over 15 years and co-founded the Environmental Law Group at FMD's predecessor firm, Russell &amp; DuMoulin. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia law school and assists clients with environmental aspects of transactions, environmental assessment, permitting, environmental management advice, due diligence requirements, and other environmental matters. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association and the Canadian Environmental Industries Association. He is a frequent speaker at environmental conferences and has authored many papers on the subject.</font></p>
