ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems: Implementation and Integration

Jayne Pilot holds Auditor Certifications to International Standards in Quality and Environmental Management with the Canadian Environmental Auditing Association (CEAA), the U.S. Board of Environmental Health and Safety. She has over 20 years of professional experience in management system implementation and auditing in quality, environment, and health and safety. She provides training, consulting, and auditing services to registrars, auditing associations, government, and industry.

Ms. Pilot is President of Pilot Performance Resources Management Inc., and a pioneer in the development of international e-learning courses for implementing Management Systems to international standards and for auditor training. She has been active in auditor certification in Canada and USA. She is a Past Director of the Canadian Environmental Auditing Association and a member of the Training Committee for the U.S. Board of Environmental Health and Safety Auditor Certifications (BEAC). Pilot Performance was the first BEAC-recognized training course provider for EMS Auditor Training.

In 2004, Jayne Pilot was named to the Top 100 Women in Canada by the Women's Executive Network. In 2006 and 2002, Pilot Performance won the Award of Merit for Outstanding Business Achievement from the City of Brampton, and Board of Trade. She is active in community development as a Business Ambassador for Brampton and is chair of many industry committees.
