Paola Romero-Crespo is a Senior Consultant for ERM-Mexico with over ten year's experience in environmental impact assessments, environmental site assessments, and EHS audits. As director of the Monterrey office, she has managed the current regulatory review of environmental, health and safety, and hazardous waste transportation regulations in Mexico for numerous international regulatory systems. Romero-Crespo has performed many Phase I environmental due diligence assessments for start-up authorizations in Mexican territory.

She has recently completed a new manual for STP: Health and Safety in the Mexican Workplace.
