Mr. Zigrang is a Senior Vice President with Health Capital Consultants, LLC, and has significant provider integration and financial analysis experience. He has developed and implemented provider networks involving a wide range of specialties and healthcare entities; participated in the evaluation and negotiation of managed care contracts, assisted in the valuation of various healthcare entities and related litigation support engagements; worked on the arrangement of financing; overseen the selection process for vendors, contractors, and architects; completed due diligence practice analysis; created pro-forma financials; written business plans; and conducted a range of industry research.

Mr. Zigrang is a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is designated as a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) by the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association as well as a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers.
