1. Q. What are Specialty Technical Publisher's review terms?

A. All of our publications are available for a no obligation to purchase 30-day trial, with the exception of international shipments where prepayment is required before shipment is made. We will always include a copy of the invoice for your reference so that if you decide to purchase the publication, you can simply process the invoice for payment. We will also enclose a letter which gives a summary of the publication and reiterates the review terms. If you decide after the review you do not wish to purchase the publication, the return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. We recommend regular mail through the postal service as this is the least expensive method. If you need more time to review the publication, please contact us to extend your review time. 2. Q. How do I place an order?

A. All of the products offered by Specialty Technical Publishers are available on a 30-day, risk-free trial to North American customers. You may contact us to place an order or ask questions regarding pricing and/or availability. All shipments arrive within 5 to 10 days. Prepayment is required for all international shipments and the courier charge will be added to the subscription price.

3. Q. How do I make a payment?

A. Payments can be made via Check, Money Order, Credit Card, (AMEX, VISA, M/C) or Wire Transfer. Credit Card payments can be made through Customer Information Services. Please contact us to receive Wire Transfer information. All invoices issued to customers outside of Canada are in U.S. funds.

4. Q. I am located in the U.K. What currency are you billing in?

A. We will bill you in U.S. funds.

5. Q. How can I return an item after the 30-day, trial review period?

A. If you are located within the U.S. or Mexico, items may be returned to Specialty Technical Publishers, 1750 Grant Ave, Blaine, WA 98230 via the method least expensive to you. We recommend Media Mail at approximately $3.00 to $8.00 US. If you are located within Canada, you may return the item to our North Vancouver office. This address appears on each invoice for your convenience. To ensure proper credit, enclose the invoice that was sent with the product. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

6. Q. How do I get a missing update or pages sent to me?

A. If you are missing any previous updates or pages from your guide, please contact Customer Information Services so that replacement issues can be issued to you.

7. Q. I have returned the product sent on trial. Why am I still getting a statement or update?

A. If you have returned your review product within the last 2-3 weeks, there may have been a statement or update issued within this time that has crossed in the mail. You may disregard it and expect that the account should be credited and cancelled once the item is received. If you returned the item more than 3 weeks ago, please contact our Customer Information Services to provide more information about the return to clear up the account.
